What is the Client Portal?

The Client Portal is a secure, private area where Rockmould clients can log in to track their projects, view documents, see payment history, download media, follow project updates, and communicate directly with the Rockmould team — all in real time.

How do I access the Client Portal?

Click "Client Portal" at the top of any page. Enter your registered email address and you'll receive a one-time code (OTP) to log in — no password needed. If you're a new client, you can request access by filling in the verification form on the login page.

How does the login work? Do I need a password?

No password is required. We use a secure one-time code (OTP) system. Enter your email, and we'll send a 6-digit code to your inbox. Enter the code to log in. The code expires after a short time for security. If you don't receive it, check your spam folder or click "Resend Code" (available every 60 seconds).

I'm a new client. How do I register for portal access?

On the portal login page, fill in the verification form (KYC) with your full name, phone number, email, address, the project you're interested in, and optionally an identification document. The Rockmould team will review and approve your request, after which you can log in using the OTP process.

What can I see in the Client Portal?

Once logged in, your Dashboard shows a summary of your investments. From the sidebar you can access your Projects, Documents, Media, Payment Balance, Progress Updates, Profile settings, and Support — everything related to your investment in one place.

How do I check my payment balance?

In the Client Portal, click "Balance" in the sidebar. You'll see each project/unit you own, the total contract amount, how much you've paid so far, and what's still outstanding. A full payment history with downloadable receipts is available for each assignment.

How do I download my project documents?

Go to "Documents" in the Client Portal sidebar. All documents shared with you (contracts, specifications, receipts, etc.) are listed there. You can search by title or filter by category. Click the download button on any document to save it to your device.

How do I raise a support request?

In the Client Portal, click "Support" in the sidebar. Fill in the subject and your message (you can optionally link it to a specific project). The ticket goes directly to the Rockmould team and you can track its status from the same page.

Why should I buy a newly developed home?

Click on "Projects" in the navigation menu (accessible via the hamburger menu on the top right). You can browse all projects, filter by project type or status (Ongoing, Completed, Upcoming), and search by name. Click on any project to see full details including description, milestones, gallery, and documents.

How do I book a consultation?

Click "Book Consultation" on the homepage or navigate to the Consultation page. Select a consultation type, pick an available date from the calendar, choose a time slot, enter your details, and submit. You'll receive a confirmation email with a unique booking reference.

How do I contact Rockmould?

You can reach us through the Contact page on our website, by calling the phone number in the footer, by email, or by booking a consultation online. If you're an existing client, you can also raise a support ticket through the Client Portal.

How do I subscribe to the Rockmould newsletter?

Scroll to the bottom of any page and you'll find the "Stay Informed" section. Enter your email and click Subscribe. You'll receive project updates and market insights directly to your inbox.

How do I leave a review about Rockmould?

Visit the "Testimonials" page and scroll to the bottom where you'll find the "Leave a Review" form. Enter your name, title/role, select a star rating, and write your review. Submitted reviews are reviewed by the team before being published on the site.

How do I switch between dark and light mode?

Look for the moon/sun icon button in the bottom-right corner of any page. Click it to toggle between dark mode and light mode. Your preference is saved automatically.
